SATURDAY 15 FEBRUARY, 18H30
It’s Lisbon, but it could be any other big city, whose socioeconomic transformations radically transform people's lives – especially women - and force us to reflect about, and rethink, our way of life, and our spirit of resistance and insurrection.
Nowadays, big cities are carcasses, ghost towns, that are meant to be visited and provide experiences that gloss over inequality and social gaps. Dias Contados (Borrowed Time) features Elizabete Francisca and Vânia Rovisco, two sculpture-bodies, action-bodies, who through gestures, images and words, return a gaze on the conception of community, territory and belonging.
