FRIDAY 14 FEBRUARY, 21H30
The coexistence of words and movement is one of the central issues explored in Sofia Dias & Vítor Roriz's oeuvre.
In this play, the two choreographers and dancers take the tension that exists between them to the extreme. It all begins with an empty space that is progressively filled with words and gestures, in a discontinuous flow that depends as much on what is actually said as what isn’t said. Ultimately, what seems to stand out from the mass of words, ideas, and moving images is the desire to be in a relationship and to build a common space. Cosy and yet at the same time dangerous.
